一、iNARTE简介

iNARTE (International Association for Radio, Telecommunications and Electromagnetics) isdeveloped by the National Association of Radio and Telecommunications Engineers to an international certification organization.

iNARTE(国际无线电与电信工程师协会)是由原美国无线电与电信工程师协会(National Associationof Radio and Telecommunications Engineers)发展成为国际的认证组织.

NARTE was the United States National Association of Radio and Telecommunications Engineers which was found in 1982. It was a non-profit certification organization for professional engineers and technicians of EMC, ESD, telecommunications, product safety and other areas. In 1994, ESD Association selected NARTE to implement and execute certificate for ESD engineers and technicians. In 2007, NARTE set up test centers all around the world, and renamed as iNARTE.

NARTE 是1982年成立的美国国家无线电与电信工程师协会，是非盈利EMC，ESD，电信，产品安全等领域优秀工程师和技术员级专家认证组织。1994 年国际 ESD 协会选择 NARTE 实施和执行静电放电(ESD)控制工程师和技术员的认证。2007 年 NARTE 在全球设立考试中心，更名为iNARTE.

As an objective third party certification body, iNARTEdeveloped an evaluation process based not only on examination, but real world skills and workexperience.

二、iNARTE ESD Certification

iNARTE认证介绍

NARTE was established by industry leaders in 1982 in response to the FCC’s deregulation andencouragement of industry certified personnel. As an objective third party certification body, NARTEdeveloped an evaluation process based not only on examination, but real world skills and workexperience.

NARTE成立于1982年是FCC人员认证机构。作为第三方认证机构，NARTE的认证评估绝不仅仅依据考试，而是将实际的技能和工作经验作为重要的评价因素。

Early in 1994, the Electrostatic Discharge Control (ESD) Association teamed with NARTE to

implement and administer ESD certification for engineers and technicians. This certification is forengineers and technicians whose training and experience have primarily focused on problems,engineering design and corrective measures associated with minimizing or eliminating electrostaticdischarge.

1994年初，ESDA与NARTE合作推出了ESD工程师和技师的认证项目。该认证主要针对经过培训并拥有经验，并专注于ESD问题、工程设计和检测等工作，以减少和避免ESD损害的工程师和技师。

In 2007 the NARTE name was changed to iNARTE to recognize our growing global membership.The purpose of the ESD Credential Certification Program is to foster technical "excellence" in ESDengineering. This approach establishes technical competency criteria for ESD and enforces thesecriteria for technical personnel. The program benefits the individual engineer, the technician andthe ESD community as a whole by establishing a standard of excellence in ESD engineering thatwill endure and extend across the boundaries of private and government agencies.随着全球的会员人数的增加，2007年NARTE更名为iNARTE。ESD认证项目的主要目的是培养优秀的ESD工程技术人员。此方式同时也为ESD技术人员建立了技术资格标准。项目通过建立超越个人和政府局限性的标准，让ESD工程师、技师以及ESD社团在技术领域中发展，并最终受益。

三、ESD ENGINEER Certification Criteria

ESD工程师认证标准

1. Complete the Exam Registration online and submit the non-refundable examination fee for the requested examination.

通过网上注册和考试（中国区为线下考试），缴纳考试和申请费。费用缴纳后不能退还。

2. Submission of the application form implies agreement to adhere to the NARTE Code of Ethics.

遵从申请表中的承诺，恪守iNARTE品行守则。

3. Provide specific record of nine years or more of experience in engineering work. Provide an up-to-date resume or complete the ESD Detailed Work History Form section.

提供9年以上的工程工作经历的记录、最新的简历或详细的ESD工作履历表

a. Graduation from an iNARTE-approved engineering curriculum of four years shall be considered equivalent to four years of such required experience.

iNARTE承认的4年工科专业本科毕业可以等同4工作经验。

b. The satisfactory completion of each year of such an approved engineering curriculum shall be considered equivalent to a year of such required experience.

每完成一年承认工科专业学习，可等同一年的工作经验。

c. Graduation in a physical science curriculum other than engineering will be evaluated by iNARTE.

工科以外的物理学科毕业须经过INARTE评估后再计算工作经验。

d. Graduation from a college with a BSET in Engineering Technology (BSET) shall be considered as equivalent to two years of such required experience.

工科专业的大专学历可视为2年工作经验。

e. Graduation in a curriculum other than engineering or physical science will be evaluated by iNARTE.

物理学科或工科以外的专业毕业须经过INARTE评估后再计算工作经验。

f. Postgraduate study in engineering may be given credit up to one year.

工科研究生可视为1年工作经验

g. Teaching: Engineering teaching of a character satisfactory to iNARTE shall be considered as experience not in excess of two years.

符合INARTE要求的工科专业教师可视为不超过2年的工作经验

h. No more than 5 years’ experience credit will be allowed for education and/or teaching as outlined above. The mere execution or the supervision of construction of such work as a foreman, first line supervisor or superintendent shall not be deemed to be the practice of engineering.

以上教育及教师因素计算的工作经验不能超过5年，仅仅从事决策和管理不能计算ESD工作经验。

4. Provide evidence of education and training. Official school transcripts are required. Photocopies of applicable training certificates may be submitted.

提供教育和培训的证据（证书等）。学校正式成绩单、培训证书的复印件

5. References: Using the iNARTE reference section, submit a minimum of 1 supervisory reference and 2 additional references each supporting character and competency as an ESD Engineer. Reference section must be signed and forwarded directly to iNARTE.

推荐信：至少1名主管推荐信，2名同行能够证明具有ESD工程师品格和能力的推荐信。信件按照iNARTE的参考表格填写，经过正式签名后直接寄给iNARTE。

6. Pass the iNARTE ESD Engineer examination.

五、报考流程

1.填写报名表

申请人向华诺丰源索取报名表，填写后以电子文档方式提交给华诺丰源初审，并缴纳考试和申请费。

2.考试

申请人会收到正式的考试通知邮件。申请人须携身份证明在考点准时参加考试。

3.注册

收到考试通过通知后，申请人提交学历证明、工作简历及推荐信等资料给华诺丰源注册。

4.证书领取

注册和认证审核通过后，申请人会收到通知邮件，同时iNARTE会按照申请时所填写的地址寄出证书。中间有任何问题可联系报名机构（华诺丰源）。

六、考试安排

考试由中国考试中心深圳市华诺丰源公司组织，试题为中英文对照，时长4小时。
